2. Sponsor and Administrator: The sponsor and administrator of this Sweepstakes is Four Winds Chimney (referred to herein as "Sponsor").
3. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of New York State who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and in-laws), are not eligible to enter or win.
4. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on October 12, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. EDT and ends on November 30, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. EST.
5. How to Enter (Two Methods):
Method 1: Showroom Appointment Entry (No Purchase Required): To receive one (1) entry, an eligible individual must book and attend a confirmed appointment at the Four Winds Chimney Showroom during the Entry Period. Showroom appointments are available Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Appointment attendance alone is sufficient for entry; no purchase is required.
Method 2: Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To receive one (1) entry without booking or attending an appointment, mail a handwritten 3x5 index card with your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

All mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the Entry Period and received by December 4, 2025.
LIMIT: One (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
6. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV): One (1) winner will receive their choice of one (1) in-stock, standard-size gas or electric fireplace insert. The exact model is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $3,400. The prize does not include installation or venting materials. Winner is responsible for all associated costs, including installation, maintenance, and local permits. No cash equivalent, transfer, or substitution of the prize is permitted.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about December 5, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email or phone within three (3) business days of the drawing.
8. Prize Claim: The potential winner must respond to the notification and accept the prize within five (5) business days of notification. Failure to respond within this time frame will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
9. Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with the prize. If the ARV of the prize is $600 or greater, the winner must complete and submit an IRS W-9 Form, and the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the value of the prize.
10. Release of Liability and Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, city, and state for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the use or misuse of the prize.
11. General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or otherwise non-compliant. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures corrupt the integrity of the promotion.
