Chimney Heroes has officially joined the Four Winds Chimney family. Over the coming months, you will see our branding transition fully to the Four Winds Chimney name. While the name on the truck is changing, our commitment to your home’s safety remains our top priority.
Will the same technicians be coming to my home?
Yes! The same expert team you’ve come to trust is still here. As we transition, our technicians will simply be arriving in a new Four Winds Chimney truck and wearing a new professional uniform. Same great people, fresh new look.
What happens to my service history?
Nothing changes here. We have securely migrated all Chimney Heroes customer records and service histories into the Four Winds Chimney system. We know exactly when you were last serviced and what your chimney needs next to stay safe and efficient.

Who is Four Winds Chimney?
Four Winds Chimney was founded in 2018 by Anthony Valerio, a fourth-generation mason, in Rochester, NY. Since our founding, we have expanded our service areas to include Syracuse, Buffalo, and now Albany. Much like Chimney Heroes, we have built our reputation as local experts who prioritize the safety of both our neighbors’ homes and our crew. Our work is backed by the industry’s leading authorities, including the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA) and the National Chimney Sweep Guild (NCSG).
Are your service area or office location changing?
No. We are staying in the same location and will continue to service the same footprint. We remain your local chimney experts, dedicated to the same neighborhoods and communities we’ve always served.
